General

Your Use of our Website constitutes your agreement to adhere to and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

 

Order Quantity and Design

 

Our standard quantity for wedding cards is 100 pcs, 200 pcs, 300 pcs, 500 pcs, 1000 pcs, ONLY.

Our minimum order is 100 pcs. Customer can combine standard quantity to get their desired quantity.

 

For example, Customer A wants 400 pcs of wedding cards. Customer A can place 100 pcs and 300 pcs in order to get 400 pcs.

 

  • All designs are available on our Instagram or website. All designs are applicable to any sizes & material.

  • Different design cannot be count as one (1) order quantity. For example, customer wants to order 1000 pcs of each items (wedding card, sticker, tag and etc.) but with the following specifications:​​​

 

      Different quantity for different details; OR

 

  • Different quantity for different design code;OR

  • Different quantity for different colour; OR Other specifiication that consider as different design.

  • Different quantity for Malay and English version; OR

  • Different quantity for bride and groom side with different details; OR

However, if bride and groom details in the same item is accepted and can be count in one(1) order quantity.

Payment Terms

(i) Full payment must be made after receiving invoice and ONLY we will start design the draft. Payment Instructions after receiving invoice.

(ii) Our account number is stated in the invoice.

(iii) Please reply to our invoice email; and include all the list below : We will not start & send the draft card until you send us complete details below.

 

-Payment Slip/ proof

-Your Full name

-Invoice number

-Map (picture or sketch from you)

 

 

Other charges

(i) For your Map Location, RM50 will be charge for us to redesign your map following your map that you have provided in picture or sketch. Why? Because in order to print, we don’t suggest to use pictures. The results after printing will look pixelated and not sharp (hard to see and read) due to the size of the image is small the one you see in google is not suitable for printing.

(ii) A design fee of RM100 will be charge to change any of the existing details, layout / arrangement / position or design on the draft. Any design or details that is different from our existing design layout, it is consider as a custom design. Other that the changes that we have mentioned, custom design fee is depends on the complexity.

 

Customer responsibility

i) All designs related communication must be made via email. We will not entertain any changes via Whatsapp/sms/calls. What is design related               communication? Changes on details, map and any details you would like to make changes if the card details is wrong.

ii) Customers must response to all the emails sent by Gizby Cards at the soonest. If the customers delay on replying the emails, it will affect the process          of  delivering  your products on time.

 

iii) We are not responsible for any delays due to customer’s late response and feedback.

 

Design Process & terms

 

i) Once we have received your full payment, we will prepare the design draft within 2 to 3 working days via email.

ii) You are required to view and provide feedback after receiving the draft immediately. After receiving feedback from you, we will make amendments (if        applicable) accordingly. The time required is 1-3 working days depending on the feedback.

iii) Draft amendments must not exceed three (3) times. Additional fees will apply if the amendments is not our mistake and made involve drastic changes        (eg there are new elements, change the whole map, change the image that require edit effort) depending on the difficulty and time taken.

 

Printing Process

 

i) Printing will be done based on the final draft agreed by the customer. We will not be responsible for any delay in  delivery of the product due to slow         response by the customers.

 

ii) Customer must check all the details in the final draft before proceeding with the printing process to avoid any printing error.

 

iii) We are not responsible if there is any errors or mistake in the details after the printing process is started.

iv) The printing process takes about 7 to 14 working days. We will notify the customer once the printing is completed via email. We will not entertain                 request from customer to receive the product earlier earlier than our standard printing process.

 

v) We will strive to ensure that the duration specified is fully complied with. However, in cases beyond our control such as the printer or machines from          our   vendor is out     of service or any upcoming public holidays, some delays may occur. Therefore, you are encouraged to book in advance to avoid        any unwanted problems.

 

Delivery

 

a. Postage via Pos Malaysia

    We are not responsible for any damage and defects during the delivery of goods made by the courier company.

b. Courier service (to your door step by our rider)

    Klang Valley are only.

 

Limitation of Responsibilities

 

i) We will be responsible for all the artwork and draft design process.

 

ii) Customers are solely responsible for reviewing the results of the draft cards that we have prepared. Customers are advised to check carefully the              entire  card. If there     are changes, please notify us via email to the designer’s duty. If the draft revised design and customer premises are required to      sign as proof approval. The agreed       draft design through email, your last email confirming approval will signify your agreement.

 

iii) Approval by telephone are not accepted.

 

iv) We will not be responsible for any errors after the card is printed even if the error comes from our side or your party.

 

v) After the draft design you as a customer agreed formally gave us permission to print the items ordered.

 

vi) Customers have to provide us proof of images if the cards are damaged after your cards has been delivered to you within 48 hours.

 

Changes of Design code, sizes of card or Map location

 

Design

Please finalize and confirm the invitation card design code from our catalog before submitting the order form. We will only accept change of design before the 1st draft is sent to the customer. We will charge additional RM100.00 if the customer want to change to a different invitation card/sticker/tag design code after the 1st draft has been sent to the customer. 

Location Map

Please finalize and confirm the map before submitting to us. We will only accept different map or new map before the 1st draft is sent to the customer. We will charge additional RM100.00 if the customer wants to change to a different map after the 1st draft has been sent to the customer. 

Cancellation

Map cancellation

If a customer has selected to include a map in the invitation cards, the customer can only cancel the map order before the 1st draft is sent to the customer. If the cancelation is made before the 1st draft is release, we will refund the Map design charges but if the customer cancel after the 1st draft has been release we will not refund the map design charges.

Order cancellation

(i)   We will refund 30% from the total invoice amount BEFORE the final design is confirm by customer.

(ii)  We will NOT REFUND if the cancellation is made after the final design has been approved by customer.

(iii) We will NOT REFUND if the cancellation is made after we have inform we have proceed printing and printing process starts.

(iv) We have the right to cancel / stop the process of printing or draft - draft preparation, before/during printing process, draft that have drastic changes, endless amendment or any inconveniences caused by customers or Gizby Cards during the draft or printing process and the printing materials / digital material and will not be delivered to the customers.
