We do not accept any customs design at the moment.
RM50 is charged to redesign your map following the reference map that you have provided in picture or sketch. We have a standard layout and design for the map to be on the invitation card. We do not suggest customers to use their own google pictures of map because the results after printing will be pixelated and not sharp (difficult to see and read) due to the resolution of the image from the internet.
Yes are allowed to provide your own map. But we will only accept ai (adobe illustrator) format.
Basic Collection we are using solid color and Basic Collection Gold we are using gradient color effect to make the gold color effect. Both are normal printing and not hot stamping printing.
No. Both are the same price.
How your design appears on a computer monitor or printed from the printer should be considered a representation of your final design. It will be very close, but please note that all monitors and printers are calibrated differently, as a result the colors and final sizing may appear different on your computer screen or printed from our printer than the finished product. If you do have questions about your design, please contact us.
No. We do not give out softcopy (ai file) to customers because it has been subject to company policies.
We do not print invitation card below 100 pieces. Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.
We do not print custom quantity. We only print the invitation card with our fixed standard order quantity in price list. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
The price cannot be counted as 1000 pieces price because of different content detail and map. You need to order with different quantity separately. However, we only print invitation card with our fixed standard order quantity in price list. Please refer to our terms and conditions. If you want to combine both bride and groom sides in same invitation card is accepted and can be counted as 1000 pieces price.
We recommend ordering your invitations 6-8 weeks prior to your preferred mailing date to accommodate the printing, production and quality control process and delivery to you.

Once your order is placed, we will send you an invoice to your email. Please follow the instructions on the invoice. After payment has been made, we will start your draft design.

Invitation card purchase comes with free envelopes.
Rush production is available for an extra charge RM 100. It takes 7 working days to complete.
(i) We will refund 50% from the total invoice amount BEFORE the final design is confirm by customer.
(ii) We will NOT REFUND if the cancellation is made after the final design has been approved by customer.
(iii) We will NOT REFUND if the cancellation is made after we have inform we have proceed printing and printing process starts.
(iv) We have the right to cancel / stop the process of printing or draft and REFUND 50% to the customers if the customer is not satisfied with our service (draft preparation, before/during printing process, draft that have drastic changes, endless amendment or any inconveniences caused by Gizby Cards to the customer during the draft or printing process and the printing materials / digital material will not be delivered to the customers).
Your order will shipped 1 day after we have check the quality of the printing and packed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Orders are ship via Pos Laju Malaysia for domestic and international orders.
